Using Clear on my FH to treat white poop

I am currently on day 4 treating my FH with Clear. Can I feed him while he is on it? Or do I have to wait for day 6?

I have dewormed using clear for 4 days, with 30% water change each time. I waited one day and offered food. He is still uninterested. He is a little more alert though, and a big white string of poo is working it's way out. What now? Any temp changes with deworming?

In my experience with clear, it will take at least a week before they start eating normal. Would suggest soaking a pellet on water with Epsom salt and garlic. Jus to encourage eating and help with digesting it.
