Praziquantel has a very low LD-50 and is harmless when administered in the correct dosage.
I forget off the top of my head, but based on the active ingredient of Praziquantel in the pills, I gave 3 mg/L for my tank. No ill effects, no worms. You don't have to worry with Praziquantel, period.
