Using Liquid Nitrogen To Treat Parasites

So apparently you can drop a fish in liquid nitrogen and it will revive no problem once you put it back in regular water. Even though the fish would survive do you think that the liquid nitrogen would kill off any external parasites?

They freeze so fast that ice crystals don't form in their cells, that's what I read anyway.

Surely that can't be real, she isn't even wearing gloves when her hands are near the liquid nitrogen, and surely the fish would take a lot longer to thaw out that 30 second in water
