Well I received the uv sterilizer today. Extremely early, it wasn't supposed to show up until February 9th. The little pamphlet didn't specify the flow rates to achieve different levels of sterilization so I'm going to go with what most websites say of 10 gph per watt for level 2. I'm hoping I set it up correctly, the instructions on the box and the ones in the pamphlet show the clear input and black output in different places, looks like the picture though. Plugged it in to check the light was working which it was. Hopefully this turns out to be a worthwhile investment. Feels sturdy enough.

Edit: Actually, at second glance, I went with the pamphlet instructions and not the picture. I have the inlet on the same side as the viewing port as opposed to directly opposite of it like in the picture. So I'm going to swap those.

Instructions are on the same page you bought the UV from. Not sure why you would buy a junk sunsun when the tmc isn't all that more expensive. It says this right at the top of the link you posted:
Also consider*the*TMC Vecton/Advantage Premium UVssuch as the Vecton 8 watt, which due to their high UVC dwell time actually outperforms a 9 watt Terminator or the 15 Watt Vecton or Advantage which outperforms the 18 watt SunSun/Terminator.

The instructions on the page and the ones in the pamphlet are different. Also, the TMC is $180 while I paid $60 for the SunSun 36 watt. I don't know how that isn't considered all that more expensive. I wanted to try out UV, this is rated one of the best in its class. If I notice a significant difference then I will look at upgrading to a better one. This is more a trial run.
