yeah its amazing my fish look like they are floating in air in that tank...its only a 9 watter too in a 75..gonna have to spend some loot for a bigger one for my 125

You sparked my interest in these because I have pretty good algae growth in my 125. I looked on Bigals at the Coralife Turbo Twist 9 Watt, and it says it works for tanks up to 125 gallons. Are you sure a 9 watt wouldn't be sufficient for a 125?

hmm not sure but I have a green killing machine 9 watt and it turned my tank the way it is literally overnight...gonna bump up to a bigger one for my 125 i think. I honestly did not know they did anything but clear algae boy was i wrong lol

Wow nice setup! Agree with UV use run them on all my tanks and swear by them!!

mustang do you keep yours on all the time...not sure if i need to keep it running or just fire it up periodically?

do uv sterilizers help at all to prevent fish disease? My tank is pretty clean atm so not too worried about that. Will they kill all of the goodies my pleco likes to eat?

Turbo twist are supposed to give better results due to having more contact time with the UV light as opposed to not having a twist. So that might be why it is rated for a 125.
