Actually, compared to many on here, I felt that I don't really attempt to answer that many questions on here. If you really go back and look, you'll notice that I rarely post in threads concerning turtles/tortoises, amphibians, chameloens, and a lot of other lizards. I do try to give advice only on stuff I've kept for years. I rarely even participate in threads like, "what should I put in a __ gallon tank?" or "whats the best beginner___?" just because I know everyone else would say anything I would say.

I will say that the threads I do participate in, I post a lot...so that may give the impression that I post everywhere.

I generally try to reserve my posts for things that need to be said, things that have yet to be said. Now, my delivery can be quite harsh and I intend to change that. If someone is giving false info, and I know they're wrong, I'll correct them. Sometimes I'm the one thats wrong, too. I've always been a real skeptical person, so sometimes it takes a little more than just someone else's word to convince me of something.

I for one don't like to make comments when it's something that I know little about. I leave it to the more experienced to answer it. Occasionally I'll say "Hey that's a nice snake" or something pointless, we're all guilty of that. But I do find it annoying though that some people on here have to answer almost every single thread out there (I'll leave names out) sometimes multiple times. I mean anyone can google someone's question and find an answer for it in seconds. I think the people who are asking the question are looking for someone to answer it who has years of experience on the subject. If that wasn't the case they would have just googled it to begin with and the question would have never become a thread.

Yeah Vicious, but a lot of people arent even smart enogh to use google. Either that or they spelled it wrong. The guy who said he couldnt find 'charanchulas' on google was a good example, when he would have found countless sources otherwise.

whats the problem with people answering as many threads they have the answers too?

Jeez this is a forum. And if it werent for those who post 'on so many threads' there wouldnt be a variety of answers to your questions.

I, myself, only post on what I know for the most part.

God now I'm wondering if I'm getting slagged off for posting on a forum..:screwy:

Yes but google usually pops up that high lighted thingy that says Did you mean: ...... when something is spelled wrong. If you can't use google drop the mouse and walk away from your computer right now. :WHOA:
