Morledzep;2048037; said:My Orinos are still young.. probably less than a year old? i got mine from N-E Cichlids they were nearly microscopic when i got them, 1 - maybe 1.5 inches when they arrived. we lost 3 the first night because my (now ex) hubby said the crayfish wouldn't bother them.. The crayfish found new homes the next morning, lol.
I have 3 left out of a total of 7 that i got. They are 5" now and BEAUTIFUL. But the biggest of the 3 is a bully and i'm about to separate him before he hurts the other two. Maybe make him suffer with the snook and angels in the 45 gallon tank..![]()

catfishlover106;2048161; said:lol sweet =] and sorry about your losses ive lost 3 of my latest orinos the first week i got them and now i got 4 in total again thanks to a local member that bought from Nick before...mines are nearing 4"es and already got blue fins and are aggressive lil peas lol

Morledzep;2048308; said:Nick is great.. kinda sucks that his supplier slipped him some mono's last time..
as soon as he gets that all cleared up and is certain the babies are orinos again i want MORE..![]()
they just need to tempo down on their aggression
lol they play fight too much...dashing around the tank together and then flare and then swim everywhere again and then harrass the catfish LOL the catfish doesn't do anything and doesn't seem to care much of it...luckily my catfish is a peaceful giant that grows to 3' but doesn't eat fishes lol (Oxydoras Niger Catfish) he's my clean up boy since he eats the left overs of the orinos with the bloodworms and sometimes will take the whole cube from the indo datnoidsilverdragon;2048782; said:Ive only got 3 monos, ive never seen orinos for sale here in Sydney, could someone please educate me and point out the main differences between the two.
