This is one of my Oscars… they are my only 12”ers… but I have several others with potential to get there…

This fish was acquired 5 years ago as a "Blueberry" Oscar... about 50% of the fish's head has a very faint 'bruised' color to it... and the top half of the tail fin appears to not produce color correctly... these are the only two external features that have been effected... he has been rejected by two different females who both showed interested in a weaker male... Interesting little story to go along with the pic...

thought just posting in the forum was to get assistance:ROFL:

well thats true...:nilly::screwy: lol  but most of the newbie's just end up looking the forum and see who they think has the info their looking for but they just wanted to seek the info they wanted in a personal 1 on 1 chat by PM...And I agree with you that this is the forum where whenever they need help they should come to the main section they need help on

im guessing that your Albino Tiger Oscar is the main highlight of your well being is that correct? since you have it in your avatar and you only posted a single pic of your oscar which looks very cool btw! :headbang2So what are those other one that has the potencial to reach the expected size of a foot and over?

4 Wild caught female Trimacs... no pics of them at the moment... I bought them from Tiny on Aquabid... The rest are 7~10"ers... and the Black Ghost Knife, but he wouldn't count on this list...

The fish in my Avatar is actually a different fish... I hae 3 of them in a 300 gal Rubbermaid... If you look in the background of my avatar you'll see white eggs. That pic was taken as she was ambushing me to protect her nest :D
