yeah they're all in the same tank.
the brown and the black ghost knife are semi territorial..
SOMETIMES
when there's food they don't care
and sometimes they chill around in the same place
the bgk always comes to visit when I have my hand in the tank moving stuff
and the african black knife hangs with both they don't pay any attention to it .
every now and than the bkf and the brown get into a fighter pilot style dog fight but its rare and they don't nip they just swim around

ok so my abk and my bgk are doing fine together, so far. the too seem to be hanging out in the same spots, but the tank and fish are new. i will report back in a week or two if all is going well then. the bgk is not very photogenic yet, but the abk can be tricked into getting its picture taken(sorry for the poor quality, photographing fish in a tank is not as easy as i though)

my ABK is kinda small, id say about three inches, but i have seen him growing a bit on a diet or purely bloodworms (he ownt come out at breakfast time for flakes...). but id love to have a black ghost knife in the same tank, but i heard its risky. how big r your tanks where you have the two together?

They have a point system?! How does that work?

speak to basslover34 he is awarding the points in the catfish league. dont know how there awarded though:headbang2

not sure if there would be a problem with the black ghost knifefish outgrowing the african brown and giving it trouble. my brown is very shy. when hes feeding if someone in the room moves he goes flying back to his hiding spot.

id love to mix the two and have peace of mind that it would work, but im hearing alot of no's.

my abk is out and about more than my agk...
by ten fold...
but the agk is more curious and when I stick my hand in the tank its the agk not the abk that comes to visit..
but he usually hides

I have a clown that's about 7" was only 4" about two months ago, so he's well on his way to be a ]V[onster. I can't seem to get a picture of him with my phone though, he's always hiding or moves to damn fast lol. The minute I get one though I'll post it.
