Lol i really appreciate it man...but i wouldnt want you to have to take that 40 min drive just to feed my fish.
I can stop up sometime in the middle of ur vacation. no problem
I really would feel bad for u to have to take that trip...... i still have 2 weeks to figure stuff out. If i absolutely need u ill let you know and leave some gas money on the table for you.

The young aro and the others should be fine barring a power outage.(that is what I worry about when I go away)Just feed them well up to a few days before you leave and do a water change shortly before you head out.
I'm in the same boat, but I will be going for 2 weeks and dnt have or trust anyone with my fish. I got a 7" aro, with a few tankmate.
My plan is to separate the the other fish from my aro when I leave and add a some live feeder when I'm gone( this way I dnt have to worry who eating the feeder.

I have left my fish unattended for up to two weeks and they were fine upon my return.Five days is like a medication dosing period where one wouldn't usually feed them during that span of time lol.
Haha, i wish they had a automatic fish feeder that I can load live superworms in. I been trying to pellet train my aro but he stuck on superworns. I will buy some cheap tetras for feeder.
Thanks guys.... the 2 large tanks are on a drip so ill have to make sure overflow is clear of any blockage just in case.
