Value of 20" tiretrack eel?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Actually that is all it has ever eaten, it took to NLS immediately. All of my fish are on it exclusively.

As a whole I would tend to agree with ya-
But it's a different ball game when it gets to the size of mine----No way would I ask ne thing less than acouple hundred for it.....But then again it will never be sold either....

AK, now yours is a different story. Its like with my NTT, yeah a 9" NTT is big but not worth as much as an ST but my 13" is just RARE and worth every bit as much of an ST. A 20" tiretrack is decently common, a 30incher on the other isnt! :headbang2

Okay, uh, good job?

Now for some hopefully helpful info, I saw like a 15 incher at my not-so-LFS for $99.95. Hope this helps...

that one has an okay pattern so i'd say around $50-$75 would be about right

LMFAO-
What part of me saying bigger specimens bring more money-is not helpful....

Actually I think he was referring to me. Apparently he doesnt understand that a large fish is not as valuable as an equally large fish of a more valuable species. That is until you get into exceptionally large very rare specimens like your tiretrack and my NTT.
