well.....theres a pretty heavy current in two places within the pond....haf a water-wall area and a cascade area......they shld do well there

Hows that pond setup coming bro! My school of 5 are now hanging in a 140 with a big powerhead and 2 fluval 403s pumping! Waters moving and they are all looking happy as hell! Every sunday i spend 20 bucks on mollys and swordtails and danios! Also feeding minnows during the week that have been bulked up in a feeder tank for a week with salt!
have been unable to get suitably sized ones.....my monster fishes all have to be at least 1 foot long....other wise they become fish food.....sigh.....the only thing standing in my way of gettin them is size......still searching......am meeting someone next week to see his fish....wish me luck

if you cant have a 240 or bigger which would be cool so you can watch them swim and eat a pond seems cool huge pond but can you simulate a cuurrent or would it turn into a washing machine tripping out the fish!
Well did you ever get the big Payara! A pond would be awesome, i have been thinking about getting one for my garage just for fun to raise a few of my Payaras!
i juz cant find one.....the biggest one they had at the LFS was insane.....it speared an armoured pleco.....the boss had to pluck the fella out frm the payara's mouth.....the pleco now has two holes in its armour....besides, my dad doesnt want em....he says that they'll look like speeding sticks
