Pleco will get nip and rips from time to time... but they do grow back...
as for tankmates.. just make sure its not a f*ing MIDAS... THEY KILL anything..... i was at a lfs the other day and it killed a 15" regular pleco... even the owner was like.. ya... ohwellz.. i can't get rid of the midas...
other than midas.. it should be fine... I dunno if red terror is as aggressive as they say tho...
