This is a water monitor.... its a philipino sub species that stays much smaller than mainland asian / sumatran waters.... the genus is Varanus Salvator Marmoratus..... Common waters are

The salvator complex is pretty confusing to me...good luck with the breeding project. What is max size on marmoratus? A smaller water monitor would be nice, to go along with dwarf retics & such - housing an adult normal water I think is beyond most of us.

How much smaller are they Al? It's no tree monitor, but it is a beautiful species, I like it.
