What variants of the Silver Arowana exist.

To date, I only know of the Platinum, the Light phase, and the Albino.

The Platinum, I've seen with most regularity in pics, but they seem to be both rare and EXPENSIVE.

The light phase, I've only seen once on a thread here in MFK and it was in a tank with several other Silver Arowanas. The guy basically bought it at the price of a normal silver.

The albino, I only know of King-El of having one.

That said, do any other variants exist? Also, info on availability would be nice.

I thought king el had a platinum, does he have an albino too? forgot what its called, but theres also the variant where the aro turns pure black.

I don't have a plat silver aro just the albino silver aro.

Other silver aro variants are:

-Regular silver that you've seen in many LFS.
-Selective breed silver aro with higher shine level.
-Leusistic silver aro also known as Platinum or Snow.
-Albino silver aro, hard to find in the hobby and probably rarer than plat but cheaper.
-Melanistic silver aro also known as the black silver aro or charcoal aro (Japanese term)

Mostly of them end up in Japan.

Here is the pics that I found in the net. They are wild caught too.
