Well silvers aren't known to be super agressive with enough space and proper diet they'll be good

Hope your upgrading to a 8x3' because thats what he needs, minimally, sooner rather than later. Saying that a 60g is to small is a vast understatement.

Ya but the aro is too big for a 60 gal for long my parents want to move him to my cichlid 125 and move the agressive ones out but that is a bad temporary imo

Well to compensate for the small water volume of 60 gallons , nitrates tend to rise quickly . Your nitrates should never exceed 30ppm if your intentions are for the fish's health.
