Vegetable based fish food?

I've been feeding my lyonsi southern delight "vegitail growth" formula since he got too big for my 1mm NLS, and since it was cheap for a container of it. It's green and vegetable based, haven't noticed a difference in growth or color compared to the NLS. No complaints from me, though I looked it up and some people here don't like the ingredients.
