Cull means taking the fry out of the tank and either destroying them outright...or feeding them to another fish.

Already? It's only been a day, right? Are the eggs themselves white, or are they covered white? If themselves white, they're infertile. If covered white, that's fungus, which usually is a result after they show infertile.
