The hots permit here is actually very fair and completely attainable for people who are actually willing to put the time in, and if your not then you shouldn't have hots... same with how the roc permit was.....
the only thing with the venomous permit i disagree with is the display fee....if you plan to show them anywhere at all it's some ridiculous insurance fee... $10,000 or something like that

) but what we are saying is that there needs to be a fair process involved before you can get something rare or endangered but keep it accessible to the public that prove their ability to care for said animal.
