I can't stand when other people touch my tank too, my friend came over once and just started feeding my fish for absolutly no reason I'm like WHAT ARE YOU DOING. I wouldn't have been so bad but he was feeding the oscars algae tabs.

Algae/spirilina/plant material/peas/zuchinni....and so on are things that too few captive Oscars get enough of in their diets. They need it and eat it in the wild. I buy pure spirilina tablets for my Oscars and they scarf them up faster than a Plec would.
Yea-sorry for the hijack but it was such a great chance to let people know to break out the veggies for your Oscars :-D
