Vent this Devil/Midas, please

Size is approx 7". This fish is very shy. It is hard to get pics before it darts back into hiding. Any ideas on the sex?

for us to vent you need to get a picture of the vent holes of the fish. which means you need to flip the fish over and take a picture of him/her

I agree with dial92. However, the genital papilla looks somewhat short/blunt in these photos. If I had to guess, I'd say female.

Thanks all. I figured it was a female from her over all shape. Also the shyness. Now to find a nice male!.
