venus fly trap eats a frog!!!!!

Most of the ones I have seen being sold, at home depot or lowes they usually have them, are very small, to small to be taking a frog. I bought one and it came in the pack with 2 other types of carnivores plants, can't remember the types. I got it to eat a fly once, and it died after that.

Same thing happened to the one I purchased from Home Depot. It didn't live past a week.
They do interest me, I just cant keep them alive.

did you by chance water it with tap water.

I've struggled to keep carnivorous plants alive... then again I managed to kill that "lucky" bamboo stuff, so maybe I should stay away from plants.
