Vermont to Require NON-Gun Owners to Pay Fine?

Yeah, I think it really is meant as a sort of joke, right?
 
I don't know if it is it not but this fellow who introduced the bill is making himself look like a joke.Imagine those folks who voted him into office and how they must feel right about now,those of them who are not gun owners.

i may close them but i am not the one that reports them to get them closed..........and when they get closed it is because it went out and over TOS rules on mfk........ i do mod the lounge you know.. so alot of times i am the only one available to close a reported thread.. so please zip it.......
 
Simple reasons this bill would never work;
-Visually impaired people, like myself
-amputees
-the mentally ill (legally not allowed to won fire arms in the first place)
-Jainism and hippies
All of those people would be fined even though they are not allowed to own guns, or are physically incapable of using them.
