Without the big rays sweeping the tank floor I was able to fish out some of his recently shed teeth last night.

Nice bro these were from his last shed....biggest is over 1/2" long.....hows the selling going?

Thanks Phil. Tank space and environment/tankmates are definitely key with keeping these guys happy and healthy for the long term.

Wish I could have done more frequent updates on him. I don't have dedicated tank lights overhead. So to get a pic or video without glare camera has to be right up against the glass and doesn't give a good perspective on his size.

Just checked in on your recent update, great to see your monster is thriving!

Ty brother sorry for late reply..lol. yes bud it's an amazing fish to keep and watch develope over time. Truly a privilege to have him. Hes taking down 1 whole tilapia filet every feeding and these aren't the small Walmart crap but fresh ones I get from a fish market. The whole tank takes down 4 filets per feeding together.

hello, very nice fish, its my sons josh's birthday and i would love to get him this fish, problem is, i dont have 800 spare laying around, i run ohio fish rescue and all my spare cash goes into that, we have a 4,400 gallon tank that we can put him in, my question is, do you need anything maybe i can trade for some cash off, i mean the fish is worth 800, bt if you need something and i can knock off some cash then i think we could work something out . i have all kinds of things, pumps, chillers, protien skimmers, salt lights, led freshwater lights with lightning and thunderstorm modes, 1000g tubs, 300g tubs, 180 g tubs, let me know what you need , besides that fish needs to be on display at ohio fish rescue thanks
