everything.. I give them omega one, nls, and hikari pellets every night. I also give them sinking kens, and some off brand flakes. Krill maybe once a week.

Mine doesn't get that much variety. He eats Hikari sinking carnivore, Color Up (low carb pellet from Bluegrass cichlids), frozen mysis, and mealworms.

All of you have nice fish. As I've said before, the grammodes is the most unique CA cichlid I keep.

I just ordered 12 tiny guys. I had some before that grew pretty fast UNTIL they hit 3" or so and then it slowed dramatically.

I love the red on the sides of grammodes but hate the red lines in the mouth. Although they're unique I will be glad to see them go away with age.
