I have an 8 year old lungfish that is about 2 ft long that has become very sick. First I notice that it wasn't very active and it was floating vertical with its head at the bottom of the tank making it hard for him to come up for air. Then I noticed that it's tummy is very swollen. Sometime it floats at the top of the tank. I treated the take with Antibiotic for Fish yesterday but he isn't getting any better. He has two other fish with him, a Oscar and a sucker fish, they are both fine.
