VFSR or super red? Which one shows more red?

VFSR is a brand name use by Qian Hu arowana farm. It's still a SR.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but arent vfsr's a hybrid between the sr and the crossback, making them one rank higher? I could've sworn I read something about that.

No they are not a hybrid. SR x Xback is called a Tong Yang.

In the breeding farms of Qian Hu Corporation Limited, the well known varieties "includes" the Violet Fusion Red Arowana (generated from the excellent Red Arowana Grade 1, a kind of Blood Red Arowana), the Electric Blue Cross Back Arowana (generated from the selected Blue Base Xback, a new variety cross bred from Violet Fusion Red Arowana and Crossed Back Golden Arowana). Currently the generation is bred to F3 with three kind of body base coloration - the undue red, the undue golden, and the half red, half golden. Compared to the F1 generation with many kind of coloration, this seems much better. From now on, only the undue red and undue golden individuals will be kept for pure breeding. Furthermore, breeding of the Red Tailed Golden Arowana begins as well.

Branding is only a way to tell you the red came from which farm.

A good red always command a higher price tag and All grade 1 red are called super red as well.
