Vibrant colors on your fish

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
That could get really expensive really fast just to make sure they have bright colors. :) guess it depends on your monster budget. A 5 oz bag wouldn't last a 2' rtc more than one feeding. So you'd need a bag everytime you feed. Also when it's 3' yikes!!! lol. Good find though for smaller-mid sized catfish.

I realized this before I even purchased any. I only give 2 pieces per feeding, along with fish fillets, massivore pellets, and regular market shrimp. My LFS said they will give me a 10-15% discount if I purchase 3 at a time.

:) you got a nice LFS.

I have been feeding mine peeled raw shrimp. They wont eat shelled shrimp. Should i starve them until they eat the shelled stuff, i would really love to get my RTC coloring brighter? Are they missing essential nutrients wih just peeled shrimp?

That thread was great for the coloration aspect of my question, but my question is also nutritional. Do i need to get my fish to eat the shelled shrimp becuase they are losing nutrients, or is the raw fine and i can just add paprika for color.
