We talk about this too in that thread, I think. Anyway, there is no need whatsoever to peel crustaceans. Wholesome, natural foods are usually, if not always, the best. There are some minerals and other nutrients discarded when you peel - you are doing your cats a misfavor. Also, just like you need fiber, fish need roughage to keep a healthy and well functioning intestines. This is one reason pellets have ingredients made of feathers - pure roughage.
