David dont Paint the back of your tank! just buy the 6' black paper to go on the back.. since you already have water in it this is the best way without freakin the fish out! it's like what I got!

Not sure yet, I have only had them less than a month. But there supposed to grow pretty steady once their out of the fry stage.

Yeah, I have really fell in love with them. They're amazing fish, they look like they can terrorize your tank, yet they are so peaceful.
