I'm especially proud of my male because I bred him myself. He's 10+" now but if some of you guys remember, it wasn't too long ago that he was just a little 5"er...amazing people by pecking at my Dovii.

They are an awesome pair Balton. She is a total stunner, especially considering she was so badly injured when you got her. Most would not have had a second look with the injury she had. Kudos on such a great effort with the save and healing her.

Thanks. It seemed to take forever to get them to this size though. My hard work is finally paying off lol.

She looked like crap at the lfs for sure. I'm glad I rolled the dice with her though. She's a fantastic fish now. :)
 
Are you sure it's the pair eating the eggs? I saw a clown loach zip onto the rock and sniff around a bit...

He's grown a lot in the last few months. Not so much longer, but much thicker and beefier.
