grab beef heart from the supermarket... you can clean it better and its only a around 6 bucks for a whole heart...

You supermarket actually carries it? My looked at me like I was totally crazy. (Of course these morons didn't know what top sirloin was either so maybe I just need to hit up another market).

Oh, and Vons carried frozen/raw shrimp for 9.99 for two pounds of 51-60 per pound count. I found this cheaper than Costco where I am at.

haha yea i found it at cub foods (local large chain) and at an asian grocery store... both places are in town so try closer to town

I can't imagine with all the different cultural influences in my area, someone's got to have it. I'll just have to hit up a couple different stores.
