excellent collection of fish and great tank. I love the Vieja family. That Argentea is a beast. I have one that is about 3.5", hopefully it turns out like yours.

No doubt it will, just give them time to grow. Mine only started to develop the nunchal hump early this year, i've had him over 4 years now.

Vieja tanks are gorgeous. Yours is exceptional.
Argentea and pearsei look great.
Is that a breeding pair of Heterospilus in the back there?

Yes the heterospila are a breeding pair, they've spawned 5 times now. Unfortunatly they keep eating the eggs, due to pressure from the deppii pair. The deppii have been moved now, so hopefully they will go all the way.

Beautiful as always and you get my vote for best aquascaping.

Your stock and set up are awesome. The LFS encouraged me to buy an Aregntea or Pearsei to go with my stock but I was afraid of the outcome. I have a Synspilum, two Pink Fenestratus, Tex, and a JD; all juveniles. All is well now and I don't want to ruin it plus I believe my future tank will probably have to be much larger than my current plans if I decided to pick anything else up. But I really like your big tank and the great selection of cichlids. Awesome!
