Thanks all I only have three left. The rest became Cichla food or were sold off or given to friends. This one in the picture was the best out of all of them and surprisingly is the only one that got this big out of the few I have left. The rest are still an inch or just over an inch. I came to the conclusion that this female did so well because she fit into my more aggressive tank so she feed more readily.
I am not expecting to see any more of these for a while because there are to many cichlids in there current tank. But I am planning on dedicating a tank just to the two species involved and we will see what the future holds. I like there look and they make great dithers for my needs. And of course if you know my collection I am always looking for free,bigger,better, and consistant food. This particular project just had great results Imo..
