guttalatum would be way off imo.

that line resembles that of a juvi 'wegi sonny.

if it's a synspilum, it's pretty damn kinda white.

how about vieja fenestratus, here's a pic of one of mine when they were little, they look VERY SIMILAR!

I'd be much more likely to believe your fish is a bifasciatus than a synspilum. ;)
