On synspilum /maculicauda the two veija spp the center line will only extend 1/4 of the length of the fish, looks like one of the paratheraps spp, but with no province you will probably never know which spp or if its a hybrid.

Besides the fact that they all look so similar when young, I agree with Dan, that with all the random hybridization these days, it will probably be impossible to get an accurate Id, unless when it is an adult it has very obvious characteristics.
