Thanks for all the responces, I know things will become more clear (I hope) in the next couple weeks / months. Also, I am asking about the smaller ones, I know the big one is a synispilum. Also if it helps the photos are natural light, no flash. Once again, thanks and sorry for this kinda post :)

I agree with the majority that it looks like a bifa. The patch on the upper flank (in my experience) intensifies with age, so the lack of anything prominent now is not necessarily diagnostic. I doubt it is a synspilum because the lower bar extends too far forward. Here are some progress shots of a bifa 'Rio Candelaria' I have, showing how the upper patch darkens in time. At times the patch appears darker than the last two photos show.

I dont see bifa in these fish. Isnt that lateral line too long and defined for a syn also?

That red head with freckles remind of fenestratus or hartwegi.
Their is however in pic 3 i believe a very easily idable syn in the background behind the focused fish.
