Vieja melanura and synspilum types

Where is the collection point for the Belize red heads. Belize has a number of rivers and lakes one of which is the rio sarstun which is part of the border between Guatemala and Belize.

That's a great question. I'd also like to know that as well. I'm looking for the Rio sarstun collection point ones
 
I believe they were Lago Peten, but not sure, the pic was taken about 1 year and 6 months ago. You would need to call Cichlids of the Americas to find out what he was shipping back then to be sure, they were given away when I moved to Panama.

Lago peten is its own separate lake I believe. Rio sarstun is a river that flows through belize. I found someone who provides the rio sarstun melanura. They're very different then the Lago peten melanura.
 
After I get the rio sarstun melanura, Ill be keeping and logging the differences of my lago peten melanura , the red head synspilum I got from rapps, and the synspilum I got from Imperial Tropicals. It'll be cool to show the difference in all these fish to share with everyone
