There is huge variation in color quality of sysn. I had some brightly colored sysns as well as drab looking syns that I had to get rid of. So it's worthwhile to do your research and buy only fish with good blood line.

Yeah that seems to be the case with ones that I've found, some nice, others not so much. The ones I've seen from wet spot seem to be less colorful but I bought two anyways. I'm hoping that I can get them to color up. Also got me a breidohri and a royal pleco so I'm pretty stoked!
