Vieja What??

Bifa. Here is a photo of each.

First is a Bifa, Second a Hartwegi. Much more blue in a Hartwegi.
 
I think its bifasciatus. As far as the blue, it all depends on the regional variant and the particular fish. I've seen many pictures of bifas with a lot of blue; for example the picture of Vieja bifasciatus "Rio-Madrigal" in south american cichlids III.

Markings, snout and coloration, IMO, fit bifas.
 
I would tend to say Hartwegi as well. Bifasciatum don't usually have that blue in the face and operculum. The only Bifasciatum I've ever seen with that spot/color pattern are from Rio Chacamax in Mexico. That aside...they don't have the blue.
 
it could also be a female fenestratus, looks deeper bodied than any hartwegi ive seen

I would say that could be a Hartwegi, a bifasciatus, or a hybrid. Many Vieja species look alike.
