Vietnam Baby ST

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
You know, the good ol' day, IT was classified as D. Pulcher as well... Buy the fish you like, not the name :D BTW, did anyone notice what's wrong with the title? "Vietnam Baby ST" ST stands for Siames Tiger... How can it be a Vietnam baby ST? Shouldn't it be a VT? :D

I posted this on another thread but i'll write it again.
It's very unlikely you'll find a real ST nowadays, as pointed out by Karun.
In the Thai ST documentary they talk about the last fish being seen 6 years ago, the documentary is a least 4 years old, that makes a total of 10 years. Also given that fact they fish were really rare at the time of the last one being caught, you could guesstimate the last fish exported out of Thailand was 12 or 13 years ago!
Granted there will be some real ST in the odd tank around the world, but not many.
As poited out by Karun, and i tend to agree with his idea, nearly all ST that are posted on here are not from Siam or Thailand.

Looking at a few Japanese websites, these fish are claimed to come from Burma and Laos as well as Vietnam and Cambodia, not sure how factual that is though TBH.
