I will be going to vietnam in two weeks and was wondering if anybody knows any turtles or fish that I should try and see which I might not be able to see here in the U.S.A???

I have never seen a fly river/pig nose turtle or a red aro, anybody know if they are readily available to be seen there?

I don't know how easy they are to see but the Mekong river basin has literally hundreds (575 freshwater species listed for Vietnam) of fish species including eels, gobies, herring, rays, cyprinids, archers, snakeheads, and sleepers as well as many types of cats. Be sure to check out the fish markets and get lots of pics

There are alot of fly river turtles here in the west coast, also red arrows too. I dont think you need to go to vietnam just to get those, unless theyre dirt cheap over there. And how areyou gonna bring them back? Just curious...
