Some places require annual inspections of where and how they are kept and you are responsible for anyone who gets bitten, EVEN A BURGLAR!

Anyone smart enough to ask questions about it is probably smart enough to not kill himselfOnce I'm out of college I think I'll tackle eyelash vipers, monocled cobras, waglers vipers, pygmy rattlers, or even beaded lizards if I can get my hand on a pair.

Gilas go for over $1000. I dont believe they have caused deaths, but the capability is there for a sick, young, elderly, or pregnant person. They might have caused deaths though, I wouldnt doubt it, especially with so many rich idiots runnin' around these days..
He should need to tell you the exact toxicity of its venom (poison is different than venom, by the way). You should know it IS venomous, and stay away. Even if an animal isnt deadly under normal circumstances, you never know.
Plus I dont think you just have $1000 laying around![]()
