Vitamins and Trace Elements

its been a while since i use these thing...

im thinking getting

Vita-chem for vitamin..


how about trace of elements? i see Kent Marine carry

Discus Essential
Freshwater Essential

im debating should i get the Discus or freshwater formula. but im leaning on the Discus one. since discus and pbass are in the similar type of water...

your thoughts?

Either one would be fine. Kent also makes Cichlid Essential. But, it's mainly for african cichlids.

Discus essential is for soft water fish.

Dose anyone know if the kent discus essential mineral supp. will harm stingrays or arows? I have all three in my tank. Thanks for the help.

what about Seachem's South American Cichlid Trace???

What if your tank is mixed, guess you'd just do reg fw trace or could you mix the traces (that sounded )???

That's true, trace elements like chromium are good for people and fish, unless you overdose, then....Horrible death.
