Vitatus tigerfish

Been looking at a tigerfish that I'm really interested in but wanted to get a positive ID on it before had. It's marked as a vitatus tiger an is $160. Also wanted to know if anyone has had any luck housing them with peacock bass or if that's just a a bad idea. Tank size would be 8x3x2 with an fx5 and 2 power heads. I know the love fast moving water so if needed I could add another power head.
He is roughly 3-5" and this is the best picture I could get of him.

Bass and ATF's don't mix well, especially at small sizes .... Bass will outgrow, out eat, and eventually eat the ATF most likely within the first year
