Mine eats fd shrimp always in front of me, he races to the front middle when I walk up to the tank, eats like 4x a day, hes around 3"

Mine nails the food as soon as it hits the water. Doesn't matter what I am feeding anymore, Pellets or Frozen.

trying to get my gatf to eat Pellets or Frozen how did you do it?

yea mine is 8 inches and wont touch pellets. pump to that post!. Hey im trying to sell mine and hes 8" and in beautiful shape. eating rosies, small earth worms, and jumbo frozen krill sometimes. whats a good price to be selling him for?

To anyone who has a vittatus: Does yours eat in front of you?

Yes he does. Well, my vitattus has no choice. If he does not eat infront of me, the rest of my characins finish EVERYTHING. So he learns to be quick when the food drops.
