This is all very interesting......Looks to be you coul dof done just about anything and entered.....Why make the rules then? SOme look incrediable.....mine came out ok, but all within stayin with the rules.....but hey.....let's see what happens down at the end......Im sure everyone else would again to stay within the rules......but Im the voice of one....and I will be heard HAHAHAHHA

i relax the rules abit...

Well, thats pretty unfair....considering people actually played by the rules. Should have specified that in the rules.......I could have saved 6 hours (and not WASTE my time) and used photoshop then filter it out then put it onto MS paint to make it look crappy. So much for RULES.....Arent there MOD's for this?

Members can ONLY use Microsoft Paint for this contest and must retain the 300 x 300 pixel size. Members suspected of cutting and pasting pictures, resizing, or using programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. will have their submissions disqualified

What he means by relaxing rules was allowing entrys that did not use exact template or resized template ect. Photo shop is still not allowed and all entrys will be reviewed by the administrators. Don't worry guys it will still be fair.
