They finished counting in Florida and Obama won by 50,000 votes. It's counted towards the popular votes, they just haven't awarded him the electoral votes. I think Hawaii is in the same boat but I could be completely wrong.

does not! Florida already proved that.now they use electronic voting booths which are easily rigged,just to make sure.
