Vulture catfish info?

This is our pool with 35 of these so called killers mix with 40 red hook silver DOLLARS, and 8 other species of fish. Never have touched snother fish. Also have them in 4 other tanks with 30 different species of fish with not one issue. They are great tank cats. Planet catfish is where this vicious post was made about them in nature in areas where it is severely overfished. If I was built to survive that's what I would do also if no food was present. They are very aggressive eaters but only towards the food not tankmates. Apparently this behavior is relatively common during the annual peak of low water when food resources are most depleted.

How big of a tank should you have for a Vulture Catfish

Peacock bass are always looking for a meal and a few times during water changes, redecorating or moving stock their behavior would send my vulture into a feeding frenzy. The larger one mouthed the net a few times, and a 9-10" endli was mouthed as soon as I added it but no damage was done. Here's the only pic that I could find of the larger of the two when it was around 14"

Depends what you call a tank. The fish will grow to or just over 2 ft and is fairly active. 8 x 3 x 2 would house an adult one for life but I would suggest bigger would be better.
