My new 300 is looking a really understocked and I have a chance to add the fish below. He is labeled as a wild caught Oscar.

The other fish in the tank are wild, amazon basin fish, so he seems like a good fit. He is about 10" as are my PB and pike cichlid.

My question is does he look like he could be wild caught, or at least it is probable that he is? Is there any way to tell?

Other than that does he look like decent quality to you?

Hmmmm not sure but most captive bred Oscars I have seen are brighter, so it might be wild caught or stressed. It looks like a really good fish.

i agree with jlsmonkey most captive breds are brighter so i guess this guy is wild caught, awesome fish tho, i think u shud get him!

ask your self 1 question do u like him? if so get it!@!!!
